What we collect
Account details (name, email), the profile you build (industries, roles, geography, company preferences), billing records processed by Stripe, and product usage such as saved opportunities and pipeline notes. We never receive or store your card numbers.
Where our data comes from
Opportunity and hiring data is collected from public and publicly licensed sources including federal procurement and grant systems and public company career pages and applicant tracking feeds. Company contact information is only displayed when it comes from a recorded source; inferred roles are labelled “Suggested Contact” and never include invented names.
How we use it
To match opportunities and hiring signals to your profile, to send the daily and weekly emails you opted into, to provide support, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal data or share your profile with other customers.
Product and alert emails are sent from alerts@notify.intervutoday.com. You can change alert frequency in Settings or unsubscribe at any time; essential billing and account notices still apply while your account is active.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email info@sbcertified.com to request export or deletion and we will action it within 30 days.
