The service
OppSignal collects public opportunity and hiring data, detects changes, scores them with published rules and delivers matches to your account. We provide intelligence and drafting assistance — we do not submit bids, applications or outreach on your behalf, and we do not guarantee awards, placements or revenue.
Accuracy
Source data can change or be withdrawn without notice. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility and contact details with the original source before acting. Anything labelled “Illustrative example” is a demonstration, not live data.
Plans and billing
Your first 30 days of OppSignal are a $49 charge. After that, Standard Membership at $199 per month (existing subscribers on an earlier plan keep their current price) is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. We email you before your first regular-price renewal with the exact price and date. There is no long-term contract and prices are in USD.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Billing in your account, or email info@sbcertified.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. If OppSignal has not delivered usable signals for your stated specialty during your first 30 days, email us and we will refund that period.
Acceptable use
One account per user unless a team plan is agreed. Do not resell, scrape or bulk-export the data, and use any contact information in line with applicable outreach and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
